Yeren

Yeren : is a creature often described as a shaggy, red haired ape-man standing 1.5m-1.8m tall or 5 to 6 feet high, with extremely big feet.  The Yeren  is a mystery man beast frequently reported from Asia and the Shennongjia Mountains in central China.  Cryptozoologists believe that it could be a certain species of orang-utans called Gigantopithecus.  See also: yowie.
