Abraxas

Abraxas is a fallen angel, once known as Abraxiel. He ruled the winds with Ariel, and Gnostic lore stated that he was the Supreme Unknown and bore the name of God. Abraxas was an angel of the Aeons too.

The Persians vewed Abraxas as the source of 365 emanations, and he is often linked to the days of the year. He is sometimes seen as a mediator between the creatures of the world and God. It's said that he is waiting for the next messiah to arrive, when he will reappear.
