Ziito is one of the most infamous magicians ever recorded. The end of the fourteenth century saw him act as a sorcerer at the court of King Wenceslaus of Bohemia and one of his most notorious performances was recorded in 'History of Bohemia' by the Bishop of Olmutz. Ziito sat in the audience during a wedding at the court, and he looked unimpressed by the halting performance given by a selection of juggler's and Morris dancers. One of the performers embarked on a row with Ziito, and in front of the crowds he opened his mouth and swallowed all but his shoes. He then walked over to a cupboard and stayed inside it for a time before emerging with the unhurt performer.
Ziito has a cheeky nature and was known for using his powers to trick his fellow inhabitants at court, and his performances went down in history.
